Dr. Jim Kreutzer remembers the first movie he helped produce. It was a low-budget, mid-1990s horror film called "Fever Lake" starring Corey Haim and Mario Lopez, shot in southeast Wisconsin, where Dr. Kreutzer practices as an endodontist.
