Flu epidemic to blame for 37 children's deaths so far

Boy, 8, dies from flesh eating bacteria during a bike accident

Liam Flanagan, 8, from Pilot Rock, Oregon died two weeks after a bicycle accident. Doctors believe flesh eating bacteria got into his wound and began to consume the boy's soft tissues. His community has setup a GoFundMe page to help the family pay for medical and funeral expenses.
